State of the industry

I have yet to find one consolidated forum that has all the necessary info in it. Here are the things that I need to learn in order of importance:

1. DVD key recovery from mobo
2. DVD region change
3. NTSC/PAL change
4. DVD key recovery from bad drive PCB
5. USB to SATA drive flashing for all drives
6. Shot in the dark - I saw a guy do this to a sealed console at a flea market in europe, connected to usb and hdd port with some home rigged setup, apparently softmodded the console to read backups.
7. Flashing drives from a windows mobile based pda.

The last 2 guys make me feel as if I haven't left the stone age yet.......

Anyone experienced enough with JTAG to cover the first 3?

Those last two...wow. I'm having a guy do the first one to one of my boxes, 40$ plus shipping....I want to learn too.
