My latest project is putting my 360 into an original xbox case. What I'm doing is frosting the xbox jewel and putting the rol under that and i have it hooked up so you push the jewel to turn it on and it lights up all cool and whatnot. my issue is my controller only partially syncs to the system, I had to run a ribbon cable to put the rol where it is and It all works and the controller turns the system ... I use a 320GB hdd for both, the only reason you may want to purchase the 120gb instead of the 250gb is that 250s are in very limited supply so you do have a better chance of being banned. (I have never heard of anyone being banned for a HDD mod, and I run one myself, but theres always the chance.)
